3、You can check the balance by logging in to “my Startnet Software Mal”

4、When the order is settled, your account balance will be used automatically, and you only have to pay the rest of the payment, as shown in the following figure:

5、If your account balance is sufficient to pay for your order, you will still need to choose a payment method or you won't be able to submit your order.

二、Withdrawal of account balance

Startnet Software Mall provides you with the account balance withdrawal function, you can withdraw your available balance in the Startnet Software Mall account balance into cash, we will refund to you by post Office remittance.

Process for withdrawal of account balance：

Warm tips:

1、Cash in the account balance can only be realized by post Office remittance;

2、No more than 1 withdrawal times per day;

3、Withdrawal account balance, to the post office to pay a certain percentage of the handling fee: 200 Yuan below 2 yuan, 200 yuan or more 1%, up to 50 yuan;

4、Account balance Withdrawal service temporarily does not support foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions;

5、If you fail to withdraw, the post Office does not refund the corresponding handling fee;

6、The withdrawal amount must not be greater than the available balance;

7、After applying for withdrawal, the processing time limit of Startnet Software Mall is 3 working days, and the time limit for post office processing is 14 working days;

8、Common reasons for withdrawal failure: 1) overdue withdrawal; 2) address unknown; 3) No person at the original address.
